Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team in Trenton, NJ. As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. This position is full time, part time, or per diem. WE ARE HIRING FOR: Full time & Part Time-7a-3p Full time-& Part time- 3p-11p Full time & Part time- 11p-7a Pay Rates: $18.13 - $24.13 per hour $19.94 - $26.54 per hour --> MaxPay Program - Inquire during interview for program details. _________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements: Current and valid CNA certification in the state of NJ Previous experience in long term care or healthcare preferred Compassion, resident-centered care approach Strong observation, communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to assist residents with mobility Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays _________________________________________________________________ Job Responsibilities may include: Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistant with activities of daily living Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisors Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs _________________________________________________________________ Why Choose Riverside Health and Rehab?
