Medication Aide Schedule; PRN As Needed GENERAL DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Residential Services Manager, this position assists in the development and implementation of individual program plans; serves as an advocate and role model for all residential clients; plans and supervises client activities; ensures medication administration is completed accurately and per regulations and policies; assists clients with community integration; documents observations and results of all interventions; upholds client rights including confidentiality and maintenance of the residences.
