This unit uses a multidisciplinary team, advanced monitoring technology like continuous EEG monitoring, and intracranial pressure monitoring, and coordinated care to stabilize and support patients, leading to improved survival and functional outcomes. Candidates with critical care or a minimum of 1 year stepdown or med/surg experience will be considered.
