The Psychiatrist will conduct examinations on patients scheduled by the institution's medical staff. The Lead Nurse Practitioner is a unique opportunity for an experienced NP to combine clinical practice with leadership, helping to advance quality, operations, and professional development within a growing cardiac surgery program. Working closely with physician and administrative leadership, the Lead NP will oversee the Cardiothoracic Surgery NP team while supporting patient care across the CTICU and Stepdown units. This position combines clinical and leadership responsibilities within the Cardiothoracic Surgery service. Clinical assignments will primarily support day shift operations, with some evening, night, weekend, and holiday coverage based on departmental needs.
