Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nurse Manager/Education Coordinator (NM/EC) provides continuous nursing care in the assigned area(s) in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures of the Department of Nursing Services. The NM/EC is responsible for the clinical leadership, ongoing education, and coordination of all nursing personnel.
