Demonstrate clinical competence and sound knowledge base in the provision of quality patient care. Ensure allergy test sets and emergency kits are filled, current, and up to date. Confirm that insurance benefits have been verified prior to the preparation of allergy serums. Regularly interact with physicians, other providers, and staff to identify and resolve problems. Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate articles, journals, and related materials; and by attending seminars and conferences as needed. Report improperly operating medical equipment and instruments to the supervisor. Perform inventory responsibilities, including but not limited to, ordering and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested. Qualifications Previous Allergy experience required. Graduate from an LPN education program approved by the respective state Education Department. Pass the NCLEX-PN examination. Active LPN license in the state working in required. CPR and AED Certifications required. Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems. Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent patient relations and customer service skills. Open availability to work during weekdays. Reliable transportation Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide- Certified Home Health Aides help patients in a variety of ways. Certified Home Health Aides must record and report this data as medically necessary. Certified Home Health Aides can also help patients with their daily functions, such as dressing or taking a bath. They can assist with planning for doctor's appointments, other meetings and may organize transportation for them. As a Certified Home Health Aide you will be able to do facility work, hourly as well as live in.
