Responsibilities: As a RN Weekend - Baylor, you will: Assessment of the status of nursing needs of assigned patients, implements the individualized patient care plan, evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan, and modifies as appropriate. Responsible for promoting and maintaining optimal client care. Diagnosing and providing treatment for human responses to actual or potential health problems. Makes the initial nursing evaluation visit. Re-evaluates the client's nursing needs as required. Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provides those services requiring substantial special skills within nurses scope of Practice Act. Assigns, supervises and teaches other clinical personnel, including written para-professional orders and supervision. Initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and needs.
