The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to medically complex pediatric residents . This position requires a clinically strong RN who can lead the nursing staff, respond to changes in resident condition, and ensure appropriate communication and follow-through throughout the evening shift. Candidates must have previous PICU or NICU experience and be comfortable working with children who have complex medical and clinical needs. This is a full-time leadership-focused position responsible for overseeing nursing compliance and helping ensure the facility consistently meets regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standards of care. The Compliance Nurse will work closely with nursing leadership, administration, and clinical staff to identify compliance concerns, review documentation and processes, and make sure corrective measures are implemented when needed.
