Job Overview Right at Home – Rhome is seeking dependable and flexible caregivers for our On-Call Weekend Caregiver position. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable responding to last-minute staffing needs and helping ensure our clients receive uninterrupted quality care. Caregivers selected for the on-call rotation will receive a flat weekend on-call pay rate , plus hourly pay for any shifts worked during the weekend. Responsibilities Be available during assigned on-call weekends Answer communication promptly from office staff Be willing to accept and travel to last-minute/open caregiver shifts Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and clients Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping Maintain professionalism and reliability during all assigned shifts Requirements Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling Must be willing to travel to open shifts in Wise County and Parker County Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screening Reliable transportation required Compensation Flat weekend on-call pay Additional hourly pay for all hours worked during assigned shifts Why Join Our Team? Location: Dodson Medical Office Building Department: Cln-Foster Care Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families according to their identified needs. This care is delivered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is guided by the established plan of care, and the medical plan of treatment. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations; sound clinical judgement and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. Monday - Friday 7:45a - 4:15p No Weekends/Holidays Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current permit or license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas 2+ years Primary Care and/or Clinic experience preferred.
