Summary Statement This nursing position located at the Adams State Service Center's Public Health Clinic provides nursing services such as assessment, education, case management, vaccinations or injections, referrals, and health counseling. Services may be provided as assigned such as tuberculosis prevention and control, child health, immunizations, adult health, or sexual and reproductive health. Additionally, this position may participate in community vaccination clinics and disaster response and may provide services at other locations in other counties to support operational needs.
