Job Summary This is a per diem RN position. You must have 2 years of inpatient RN experience. We are looking for 2-3 shifts per month (1 weekend shift per month) Summary: Provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing. Utilize appropriate clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care. Function as a clinical resource for the patient, consistently providing direction and support to ensure a focus on the team goals and patient driven outcomes. Function within role expectations, delegate duties to other caregivers as required and consistently provide appropriate supervision.
