This position is ideal for an experienced APP (minimum 3-5 years) who is comfortable managing complex, critically ill patients and thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making. Overview: As a Night Shift Critical Care APP , you will provide comprehensive overnight management of critically ill patients within the ICU. Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, interpretation of diagnostic studies, development and implementation of treatment plans, and responding to acute changes in patient status. The night APP plays a key role in maintaining continuity of care, addressing emergent clinical issues, and supporting safe patient management throughout the overnight hours. This role requires a high level of clinical autonomy, while working collaboratively with intensivists and the multidisciplinary ICU team to ensure timely, evidence-based care and optimal patient outcomes. Compensation: The starting salary for this position with a minimum of 3 years of experience is: $171,215.00 (annually).
