Education Associate's Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Work Experience 2-4 years as a rehab staff nurse required Prior supervisory experience preferred Licenses / Certifications Registered Nurse license required Basic Life Support / CPR, as a healthcare provider, per the American Heart Association required ACLS required, depending on location Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing preferred (must be acquired within 3 years of supervision)
