It’s your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents. What Cascade Living and Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon look for in a Wellness Director (Health Services): Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day Ability to work flexible hours What you can expect to do as a Wellness Director (Health Services) for Ashley Gardens of Mt.
