Description Your passion belongs at UNC Health. Join more than 56,000 teammates working together to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve across North Carolina. All the while being able to hop into your car between patients, turn on your radio, roll your windows down, and enjoy the day. If this is a job you think you could enjoy then a Home Health career is for you. Home Health is the bridge that often keeps the patient in their home versus some type of custodial care, and you are “loved” for being that bridge. We are not just nurses, but rehab services, social workers, and home aides, who work together to help the patient and family become more knowledgeable and more independent by treating, educating, and rehabilitating. Our agency is certified and deemed by the Joint Commission and we are fully accredited.
