The Lead LPN works collaboratively with all team members to: Facilitate a 5-star patient experience by displaying we are Summit Health Serve as a department liaison and resource point person Assist with the oversight of the COVID-19 testing workflow Assist with the training and orientation of new staff, including but not limited to annual competencies and lab training Troubleshoot lab errors and missing specimen issues.
