Ability to multi-task by managing/working EPIC In-basket, monitoring and directing patient flow, and providing patient care in a coordinated manner at the completion of the orientation period. This includes the ability to manage 14-45 residents upon the completion of the orientation period (Long Term Care only). Access to reliable transportation to travel between facilities if needed based on operational needs. Preferred: 1 year of experience in an in-patient or long term care setting, as appropriate. Familiarity with rules and regulations associated with in-patient or long term care, as appropriate. Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.
