Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments; perform point-of-care testing; and collect specimens as appropriate. Support preventive care and chronic disease management through pre-visit planning and patient outreach. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection prevention, safety standards, and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing education, competency programs, and professional development opportunities. Who You Are / Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; OR currently enrolled in an accredited RN program and hold a current LPN license. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in New Hampshire, a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, Massachusetts, or as required by the practice location. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Strong understanding of nursing principles, clinical protocols, and patient care best practices. Working knowledge of electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Previous LPN experience and ambulatory care experience preferred, but not required.
