Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend evening shifts Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and support Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards Promote high standards of resident safety, quality care, and customer service Provide hands-on nursing care and clinical support when needed Address nursing-related concerns and assist staff with problem-solving during the shift Complete required documentation and ensure accurate communication between shifts Minimum Qualifications Active New York State RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work weekend evening shifts from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Why Join Spring Creek?
