Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 - The Registered professional nurse optimizes patient outcomes by delivering compassionate, collaborative, high quality care. The RN promotes excellence in nursing practice by delivering expert care to patients in all age groups, cultures, psychosocial, spiritual and disability concerns consistent with the admission/discharge criteria of the assigned unit. The RN renders direct and indirect outcome nursing care through the application of the nursing process, functions within policies, practice guidelines and nursing standards of Sturdy Health in accordance with the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act, CDC, and OSHA standards, and any other applicable regulatory or accreditation agency. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for Cardiac Rehab.
