Maintains confidentiality as well as providing care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient’s and family’s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights. Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to providers and other staff during shift change. Education Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
