This full-time position will support the Medical Oncology Department at our Cedar Park and Marble Falls locations. The Advanced Care Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management of the clinical program. This position oversees and manages the daily clinical and nursing practice for programs within the scope of the division, creates treatment plans, provides patient assessment, medical triage, and care coordination within the scope of APP licensure. This is primarily an administrative position, but direct patient care is required within the scope of the position. This position provides direct management of the clinical and administrative staff, oversees clinical competence, and provides oversight for staff performance, skills development, and human resources related items. The position is responsible for maintaining and creating collaborative internal and external relationships with referring entities, physicians, insurance companies, and vendors in order to provide effective and efficient care and outstanding patient and client experience.
