Enters pertinent clinical information in the patient's medical record in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with established compliance billing guidelines. Documents and closes open encounters, MyChart messages, and other EMR communications in accordance with Institutional requirements. Participates in meetings, functions, events, and committees, as well as in a team of interdisciplinary health care providers. Contributes to the development, implementation, and expansion of programs and initiatives, including participation in research activities, as applicable. Instruct, educate and counsel patients/families regarding their healthcare to include illness or injury, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures and treatment regimens as well as routine health maintenance. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
