We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead our Goodyear clinic . This role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, and operational management — helping women feel their best through personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) , wellness medicine , and concierge primary care services. What You’ll Do As a Clinic Director , you’ll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider , guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing clinic operations, compliance, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance. Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments. Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications. Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications). Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management. Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR. Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. Mentor and develop your team — fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture focused on quality and care.
