Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely medical records for all patient encounters. Ensure the consistency, quality, and safety of all clinical services provided within OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures. Deliver a personalized, patient-centric experience consistent with OSF HealthCare’s Mission and Values. Float to various OSF OnCall Urgent Care locations as needed to support staffing and patient access. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree. Current and valid Physician Assistant License or Advanced Practice Nurse License in the State of Illinois. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the ages and needs of the patient population served. Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations as needed. Prior experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care setting is preferred but new graduates are eligible as well.
