May delegate responsibilities and provide clinical oversight to other unlicensed nursing staff. This position works under the supervision of Clinic Manager and under the direction of the Provider, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care. Duties Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment. Performs general nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards. Assists provider with procedures and properly maintains equipment before and after procedures. Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve the desired patient outcome. Review medical charts for completeness. Documents all medications, refills, telephone conversations and patient visits in the medical record. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Graduate of a school of nursing is required.
