Work Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma. Work Experience: Meets unit specific care requirements; new graduates taken under consideration based on the needs of the unit. Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Florida or endorsement. Certification: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintained. Additional certifications to meet unit specific care requirements (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, NIHSS). Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in EMR systems and patient documentation. Demonstrated initiative in quality and patient safety improvements. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in complex environments.
