Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Takes rapid action in life threatening situations and immediately notifies the licensed nurse. Communicates or questions requests outside of scope of practice to appropriate personnel.
