JOB DESCRIPTION Opportunity for TX licensed RN residing in the North/Northwest Houston, TX in and around Spring Valley Village, Hunter's Creek Village, and Jersey Village service delivery area who is interested in joining Molina to work with our Medicaid members currently admitted to a nursing facility. Preference will be given to RNs who have worked in Facility Case Management with another MCO, but we will also consider RNs who have experience working in nursing facilities and/or experience conducting MDS assessments. Responsibilities include seeing the members in the nursing facilities and working with the nursing staff onsite there. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST and mileage is reimbursed as part of our benefit package. Job Description The Pain Management Center provides care to outpatients. The hours of operation for the Pain Management Center are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM until 4:00PM.
