Ensures optimum patient care services from initial contact to close of services. Works with leadership to respond to patient concerns, fosters an environment of immediate service recovery and transparency for patient billing, questions and issues. Develops clear goals to address variances to the budget. Works closely with the finance department and revenue cycle to support the timely, accurate documentation and response to revenue cycle requests. Monitors and ensures compliance with all required legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations and accreditation requirements as appropriate to assigned area(s). Directs preparation of information requested and monitors for exposure. Works collaboratively with leadership to support the activities and needs of the assigned area(s) by providing appropriate resources, scheduling, recruiting, compensation and adherence to contractual obligations. Ensures that schedules are maintained and in alignment with contractual obligations of the providers. Ensures all business functions are operative and all processes and procedures are effectively and efficiently in place and are aligned with LH policies and procedures.
