ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR REGISTERED NURSE/CASE MANAGER (RN): Patient Care: 1. Develop a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing actions. 6.
