Job Overview The RN independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices. Position Summary The Graduate Nurse (RN – Pending Licensure) provides patient care under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in accordance with organizational policies, competencies, and state regulations.
