Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition. Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges. Collaborate with rehabilitation, dietary, social services, and other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care. Educate residents, families, and staff regarding care plans and health conditions. Maintain compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations and facility policies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs. Qualifications Required: Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
