Job Opportunity: RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Pay Rate: up to $53/hour Available Shifts: Per Diem Responsibilities Include: Planning, overseeing, and executing nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborating with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions for shifts. Qualifications: The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing. Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity. Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team. Long term care experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care. Additional Expectations: All RN Supervisor positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
