This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team. The RN provides medical management and assessment of patients; ensures environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population; directs the implementation of behavior management programs and ensures consistent carry-through. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for making the patient and task assignments to subordinates and monitors their duties. The RN provides training and education to staff, patients, families; documents patient care and ensures data is accurate and included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates.
