Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital’s 3 South nursing unit is an 18-bed observation unit with 8 private patient rooms. The unit is dedicated to providing care to adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions, including respiratory disorders, anemia, and altered mental status, with a focus on cardiac disorders such as heart failure and arrhythmias. Marymount Hospital’s 4 South nursing unit is a 16-bed general medical unit with 8 private patient rooms. Typical nursing care for both units includes IV access, phlebotomy, medication administration, patient education, wound care, IV therapy, and blood product administration . As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care by interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. A caregiver in this position works rotating day/night rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. -- 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. -- 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
