Community Care Home Health Services, a fast growing organization is looking to hire Per Diem RN's for all our locations (Rochester, Buffalo, White Plains, NYC, Smithtown) on a fee for service schedule. We need Per Diem RN's for any day and shift. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision.
