Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Job Overview: Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and staff performance in a skilled nursing environment.
