Must be willing to work at various program sites EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the delivery of community-based health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION License and current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
