Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement-related processes. Stay current on changes to MDS requirements, RAI guidelines, PDPM, and applicable regulations. Participate in quality improvement and survey readiness initiatives. Maintain accurate and organized records related to MDS assessments and submissions. Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Previous experience as an MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of MDS, RAI, PDPM, Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement processes . Experience with MDS software and electronic medical records. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
