Responsibilities Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Nurse Manager -- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus -- Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) , the Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and clinical oversight of an assigned inpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment unit. The Nurse Manager ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care by directing nursing operations, developing staff, monitoring regulatory compliance, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Provide leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations within an assigned behavioral health or chemical dependency program.
