Job duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure that required staffing levels are met for each shift on a daily basis needed to render care for the number of residents assigned to her/his responsibility. Make sure that staffing level adjustments are made each shift as needed and the Federal required posted schedule is adjusted to reflect current actual staffing. Attend, participate and lead the weekly resident "At Risk" meeting ensures resident care and condition concerns are identified, interventions are appropriate to cause and follow up is completed. Attend and participate in morning clinical review meeting. Attend and participate in PPS meetings as indicated. Review resident medical records and documentation to ensure clinical programs are in place per policy and procedures. Identify educational needs of staff discuss findings with the Facility Educator and work collaboratively to meet these needs. Participate on other committees as requested by the Administrator/Director of Nursing Services. Ensure that resident care and documentation is in compliance with state and federal rules and regulations. Comply with and ensure that staff is in compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations, reporting any known violations to the Administrator and Director of Nursing Services. Ensure work assignments are made for assigned staff, including breaks and lunches and staff is compliant with assignments. Initiate disciplinary action as necessary for staff members in collaboration with DON/ADON. Communicate with the appropriate department manager/DON and participate with follow up and resolution to any grievances/concerns from personnel, residents or family members. Ensure physician orders are being followed. Assist the DON/ADON with preparing performance evaluations as directed. Greet new admissions and families and assist nursing staff with admission process as needed. Within 24 to 48 hours, ensure that all admission documentation is complete including all required clinical assessments and care plans. Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled. Provide direct nursing care as necessary. Report problem areas to the Director of Nursing. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action. Attend and participate in continuing education programs to remain current with standards of nursing practice and to maintain licensure requirements. Role Overview: This community-focused, Registered Nurse (RN) will travel to members' homes across Massachusetts to complete in-person health assessments for a managed care health plan's dually eligible members. The role specializes in conducting timely, accurate assessments and documenting findings, then handing off to the health plan's care management team. This is assessment and documentation work, not ongoing care management. Responsibilities: Engage with members in their homes and other community settings to complete assessments, with mindfulness of the cultural and linguistic needs of each member. Operating Room Registered Nurse, Experience Required

The Registered professional nurse optimizes patient outcomes by delivering compassionate, collaborative, high quality care. The RN promotes excellence in nursing practice by delivering expert care to patients in all age groups, cultures, psychosocial, spiritual and disability concerns consistent with the admission/discharge criteria of the assigned unit. The RN renders direct and indirect outcome nursing care through the application of the nursing process, functions within policies, practice guidelines and nursing standards of Sturdy Health in accordance with the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act, CDC, and OSHA standards, and any other applicable regulatory or accreditation agency. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for Cardiac Rehab. Licenses/Certification: Current Massachusetts state RN license All RNs must have current BLS certification ACLS is required with BLS for RN positions on the following units/departments: Telemetry, ICU, ED, Cardiac Rehab, Endoscopy, LDRP, PACU, Med/Surg NRP is required with ACLS and BLS for RNs on LDRP PALS is required with ACLS and BLS for RNs on PACU and ED Required Qualifications and Skills: New Graduate Nurses accepted for some positions. Administer and accurately record medications (oral, intravenous, etc.) according to provider orders and established protocols. Independently administer nursing care, applying both simple and complex techniques and processes that are specific to the needs of the patient. Delegate care in accordance with the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act and Sturdy Health guidelines. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment as well as individualized nursing plans of care. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, helping them cope with the challenges of illness and treatment. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining health and preventing illness. Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid and initiating appropriate interventions. Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Utilize and maintain medical equipment (e.g., monitors, IV pumps, ventilators). Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care. Develop and maintain positive relationships across all areas of responsibility.
