Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, offering coaching and mentorship as needed. Manage staffing needs, including scheduling and overseeing nursing personnel during weekend shifts. Address and resolve any resident or family concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient care activities and incidents. RN Supervisor Qualifications: RN license in the state of New Jersey Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required Current/active CPR certification is preferred Effective verbal and written English communication skills Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
