The primary role of the RN is to perform and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the provision of direct resident care. Each RN performs these duties within the scope of practice that they are licensed to perform. All nursing activities must be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, including the policies and procedures of the organization. Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients. Assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of the unit as assigned.
