The EDNS works closely with the Manager with supervisory duties, responsibility, and accountability for the 24/7 operation of the Emergency department. They act as a resource for staff, manage patient flow, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The EDNS will provide direct oversight of all nursing staff on assigned shifts and collaborate with all ancillary departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1.
