The Nurse Manager will provide operational and clinical leadership to support operating room efficiency, project execution, staff scheduling, budget management, and strong collaboration with staff and providers. This leader will oversee approximately 90 direct reports and help foster a high-performing, team-oriented surgical services environment. CNOR certification is strongly preferred. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, MSN or Masters in related field and six years' experience in nursing with four years in related healthcare management required. A Perioperative Resource Nurse may serve at either our Level 1 Trauma Center (Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital) or Guthrie Lourdes Hospital (197 bed multi specialty community hospital.)
