The Magee-Womens Fetal Center (MWFC) is seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated Nurse Coordinator I to join our multidisciplinary team in a flex full-time outpatient role. MWFC provides comprehensive, family-centered care for patients facing a diagnosis of a fetal condition during pregnancy. Our nationally recognized program brings together experts in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Neonatology, Fetal Surgery, Perinatal Supportive Care, Pediatric Cardiology, and Prenatal Genetics to deliver coordinated, state-of-the-art care throughout the pregnancy journey. Purpose: The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator is a Registered Nurse is a member of the care delivery team. The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator is responsible for the care of the patient in a global view, accountable for multiple aspects of the patient care package even when patient contact is minimized.
