Responsibilities Job Summary This position requires a thorough understanding of the facility’s treatment program and philosophy, admission process and criteria, support and administrative services, medical knowledge of various aspects of alcoholism, drug abuse and dual diagnosis. Overview This position is responsible for the daily work and work-flow within the inpatient units (Medical/Surgical and ICU). The Inpatient Clinical Coordinator (ICC) is a Registered Nurse who works with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure operational and hospital standards are upheld. The ICC is integrally involved in ensuring that staff, patients, and other department services come together seamlessly to advance patients through their admitted stay and ensure that the patients/caregivers have adequate knowledge of goals of care and discharge plans.
