This role supports students from preschool through 8th grade across two school sites, focusing on the Health and Development aspects of Individualized Education Program (IEP) assessments. Key responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams by submitting detailed reports and reviewing these with families upon request, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive care. Additionally, the nurse will develop and update individualized healthcare plans and offer consultation or staff training on critical interventions such as tube feeding and EpiPen administration. Qualifications and Experience: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Experience in school nursing or related general health room nursing.
