Charts appropriately and does dressing changes as order by physician. Does a comparison of present resident care with documented plan of care and compares attainable goals. Completes a monthly summary on assigned residents using this information. Orders treatment (such as laboratory tests, x-rays, or diets, etc.) online. In the absence of Nursing Supervisor and/or DON, assures adequate staffing by covering for any call-offs.
